QUALITY, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, AND SAFETY
Apex Health & Aesthetics’ View on Standards and Safety in Treatments – and What We Value in Quality

Our mission is to meet your needs in a safe and medically professional environment.Trust and high ethical standards in treatments, as well as honesty and discretion, are key principles at Apex Health & Aesthetics. We listen to your expectations and provide thorough guidance, treatment, and follow-up.

Safety and Standards in a Medical Environment

Apex Health & Aesthetics is Denmark’s leading and most experienced clinic in cosmetic dermatology. We offer cosmetic injection and laser treatments, as well as other safe treatments of the highest quality using the best equipment.
Apex Health & Aesthetics is something special: The clinic is run by doctors who are experts in all aesthetic medical treatments and can handle all possible complications.
It’s all about your safety.
Treatments are performed by specially trained nurses as well as IPL and laser therapists with experience in aesthetic medicine.

Apex Health & Aesthetics is a clinic certified in advanced filler treatments. We are among the clinics in Denmark with many years of experience in this field. Our practitioners have completed highly specialized training and follow recognized standards.

Our specialists also have experience training other professionals in aesthetic treatments and serve as trainers at an international level.

This is your guarantee of quality, safety, and reassurance in the treatment.

Apex Health & Aesthetics and our practitioners are registered with the Danish Patient Safety Authority. During inspections (most recently in 2016), all control points were met.

Some treatments do not require registration with the Danish Patient Safety Authority, for example tattoo removal, fat freezing, dermaroller, and certain types of peeling. However, at Apex Health & Aesthetics, we apply the same internal standards for quality and safety — all practitioners are trained and perform these treatments under the supervision of our dermatologist.

Quality in cosmetic treatments

Besides safety and high professional standards, quality for us also involves thorough guidance, managing expectations, and honesty.
Quality to us means that we speak honestly with you.We only initiate a treatment if we assess that we can ethically and aesthetically contribute to your satisfaction with your appearance—and if it is medically justifiable. Our experience shows that most people appreciate honesty.

Thorough guidance and dialogue before cosmetic treatment are important—for both you and us. It is a shared project. As practitioners, we assess which treatments are necessary and how to achieve the best possible result that matches your wishes and needs.
Beauty is a subjective experience.
We take the time to listen to you and provide advice based on our knowledge of universal ideals for a fresh, feminine, or masculine appearance.
The vast majority of our clients are very quality-conscious. Many have done their homework, for example through internet research. Therefore, we have also worked purposefully to provide information and guidance on our website, so you are as well prepared as possible for the dialogue with us.

Quality is also about respect for your money.
We guide you to get the greatest possible benefit from your treatments—within the budget you wish to spend.
When we have an initial consultation and before a more extensive treatment plan, we always ask what is most important for you to address and what you are willing and able to invest.
We often recommend starting "cautiously" with the "issue" that stands out the most when you look at yourself in the mirror.
We are available to answer questions before, during, and after the treatment—and always offer follow-up consultations.

Customer Satisfaction

We can best deliver quality when we understand you as a whole—your face, your body, your health, psychology, and lifestyle. It is a holistic approach where we do our best to enhance your quality of life and well-being.

You can come to us with a specific dissatisfaction (e.g., "smoker’s lines"). Our task is then to design a treatment that improves the overall impression—not necessarily just the specific concern.

Often, it is the small things that make the big difference—for example, removing uneven skin tone that gives an aged appearance. Here, it is important that your expectations are realistically aligned with the possibilities.

It is not realistic to look 20 years younger with cosmetic treatments—and that is not the goal either.Age today is a state of mind—not just biological. There are young 50-year-olds and old 20-year-olds.

At Apex Health & Aesthetics, we use precisely the methods and techniques that most safely provide you with the greatest possible satisfaction with your appearance—regardless of your age.

Cosmetic treatments are not about quick fixes.
The greatest satisfaction often arises with clients we have a long-term relationship with. Many return, and several have been with us since we started in 2005.
Client, not patient – but the safety is the same.

Trust between you and us is essential for a treatment to begin.
We know that trust must be built. Other clients’ experiences can help, but in the end, you need to feel secure.
Therefore, we invite you to a free and non-binding consultation, where together we can explore your dreams — and see if you feel comfortable with us.
If you are already a client and would like to recommend us to others, we would love to hear from you. Please feel free to contact us via email or by phone at +45 31 21 64 24.
Client, not patient – but the safety standards are the same

We prefer to consider you as a client, not as a "patient."
“Patient” implies illness and belongs to the public healthcare system, which has a completely different culture than the private and cosmetic sector.
“Customer” is a positive term for us and describes the relationship we want: that you can make demands, and that we align expectations together.
As a cosmetic customer, you do not need treatment because you are ill — but we still maintain the same high standards for quality and safety, as the treatments can have medical consequences.

Therefore, we spend a lot of time informing you—both verbally and in writing—so that you understand the benefits and risks and have realistic expectations before we perform the treatments.
